About Me

I'm an author, ghostwriter, journalist and longtime lover of words. My mom loves telling people I started reading at three years old. My book of choice? Stephen King's "Firestarter."

I've been writing stories ever since I could hold a crayon, my works evolving from short horror stories (thanks, Mr. King!) to music reviews to breaking news in business and entertainment. My articles has appeared in dozens of publications including The New York Post, Yahoo!, Time, Vibe, People, Money, WWD and Condé Nast Publications. I've interviewed everyone from politicians, billionaires, reality tv stars, viral YouTubers, rappers, wrestlers, designers and EGOT winners.

I'm also an author and collaborator behind dozens of books for publishers including Random House, Rodale, Turner, and others. My first book, "300 Sandwiches: A Multilayered Love Story...with Recipes," was based on my viral blog 300sandwiches.com, which has been featured on "GMA," The Today Show, CNN, ET!, Fox and every news outlet from New York to Australia.

As a ghostwriter, I'm highly skilled in writing business memoirs and self-help/personal development books, having covered business and celebrities for two decades as a journalist. I also have a deep passion for writing for kids of all ages (children’s picture books, middle grade and young adult fiction). I've collaborated on 9 middle grade fiction books and teach creative writing workshops for young writers at local schools and libraries.

I'm a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, the Association of Ghostwriters and the American Society of Journalists and Authors.

Additionally, I'm a certified yoga teacher (RYT500) and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).

When I'm not behind the computer, I'm running, dancing, cooking, drawing and traveling the world to meet new people, learn new languages and search for the perfect cup of matcha.
